I am not a professional trainer, so I cannot give you training advice beyond what I have learned through my own experience. But I can offer:

• Encouragement when the first weeks feel impossible
• My honest take on what worked and what did not work for me
• Resources that helped me through the adjustment period
• A reminder that struggling at the beginning is completely normal
